Monthly. Your quota resets at the start of each billing month whether you pay monthly or annually — annual billing changes the price, not how the quota is released. Once per subscription year you can roll one month’s leftover forward.
They expire at the end of the month, with one exception: once per subscription year you can roll the leftover into the next month. Confirm before the month closes and we credit it on the 1st. We remind you five days out whenever you have credits left and still have your yearly rollover. The Free plan has no rollover.
They are pooled. In the month they land, your ceiling is that month’s quota plus whatever rolled over, and both lapse when that month ends.
