Users are strictly prohibited from creating counterfeit diplomas, fake license credentials, phishing materials, distributing malware, or abusing API rate limits.
# 2. Credential Integrity & Authentic Issuance
Every credential issued must represent a valid, authentic award, qualification, or certificate. Certifada reserves the right to audit and immediately revoke fraudulently issued credentials.
# 3. UAE & International Sanctions Compliance
Certifada strictly enforces compliance with UAE Executive Office for Control & Non-Proliferation (EOCN) sanctions lists, OFAC, UN, and EU blocked parties lists.
# 4. Reporting Fraud & Abuse
To report fake certificates or fraudulent credential issuers on Certifada, please contact abuse@certifada.com with the credential verification URL.
